Our weekend begins with a beautiful welcoming ceremony that peacefully invites us to embody the present moment. Using silent disco technology, attendees will each receive a set of headphones and join Jesse Cale, founder of hOm Sound Baths, on a guided sound journey that incorporates musical instruments, atmospheric sound textures, guided meditation, breathing techniques, and more.
